low on energy?

Hey Reader,

Your energy is your responsibility.

Not your boss's. Not your partner's. Not the world's.

Yours.

If you're constantly drained, burnt out, or running on empty, that's on you.

Because you're the one saying yes when you should say no.

You're the one staying up too late, eating like crap, and skipping the things that recharge you.

You're the one letting other people dump their problems on you without setting boundaries.

Nobody else is going to protect your energy.

You have to do that.

So start saying no more. Start guarding your time. Start doing the things that fill you up instead of drain you.

Your energy is your most valuable resource.

Treat it like it.

I’ve finally turned a corner. I’ve figured it out. Then came a Thursday where I woke up with an unexplainable weight sitting right on my chest. I was irritable, exhausted, and by 3:00 PM, I found myself sitting on the edge of my bed staring at the floor,...

Hey Reader, I woke up at 3:00 AM last Tuesday with my brain running a full-spectrum audit of my entire life. It started with a tiny, mundane thought—did I reply to that email? — and within forty seconds, my mind had seamlessly escalated it to: I am failing at my business, my habits are atrocious, I don’t drink enough water, and I really need some sleep. Sound familiar? There is this strange, quiet panic that hits when you realize things aren’t where you want them to be. We live in a culture...
